Jane’s mission is to create better futures for communities and organizations through values-based leadership. She has provided leadership services to community benefit organizations, nonprofits and governments since 1992. As Executive Director of a sports federation, she co-led a very successful turnaround. Past board positions include Chair, Ethics Practitioners’ Association of Canada, and Commissioner and Chair of Governance, Ontario Racing Commission, and Treasurer, Cdn. Therapeutic Riding Association. She is currently President of an all-volunteer arts organization and Secretary of another. Jane authored two chapters in the acclaimed new book You and Your Nonprofit, and has written the monthly ethics columns for CharityVillage since 2003. Her honours certificate in Voluntary Sector Management and Leadership is from York University.
Cost: $140 + HST; Each additional participant from the same organization will receive a $15 discount, as will those who register for more than one workshop. Student rate available. Refreshments, tea and coffee served, but lunch not included.
